Yin Yang Coaching gets inspiration from the Chinese Yin Yang philosophy. Through more than 3,000 years Chinese people have applied Yin Yang philosophy to everyday life in order to find balance and harmony. Yin and Yang are symbols for contradictions(woman and man, night and day, pain and joy).  Balanse, interdependence and change are major elements in Yin Yang philosophy. Applying Yin Yang philosophy to everyday life makes us handle uncertainty and changes better and find dynamic balance easier.
